We started with two dishes from the streets of Seoul. Today the menu has grown β bibimbap, rice bowls, Korean corndog and more β but the idea stays the same: bring real Korean food to Oslo, made properly, every day.
Korean food deserved a permanent home in Norway. Not a shortcut version β the real thing, the way it tastes in Hongdae and Myeongdong.
At Mathallen we cook alongside Norway's best food makers. That suits us fine β we care about the same things: good ingredients, honest cooking, real flavour.
